==============================================

Betty, just plain and simply was what everyone at Mill Baptist Church called her. Betty always seemed to be there sitting on the back pew before church services and everybody knew that was her favorite spot. She generally had a simple smile with an occasional giggle. She would also tell it to you straight, if you asked was she feeling okay, but you had to ask. Well, Betty didn't care to tell you she had a home in Heaven waiting for her one day and apparently that day is now. Betty might have been small in size and short in stature, but she left a big enough impression that we often heard someone in the church say, "has anyone heard from Betty".
The holy scriptures in Luke 12:7 says, "But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows." Just like the hairs on a persons head, regardles of; the amount, age, size, color or gender. Betty's size didn't matter to God and she is right where he wants her to be.
