Sister, Carol Murphy had a desire to be of service to God even when her body wouldn't allow her to attend church. In Luke 9:36 of the King James Bible it says, "Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did."
Sister, Carol like this woman was a disciple ( believer and follower ) of Jesus Christ. Even with her frail body she continued her good works and almsdeeds by providing letters and cards to our church members and others alike until God called her home.
