Brother, Larry was one of those individuals you may have heard about that some people might call a "Bible Thumper". The dictionary defines "Bible Thumper" as a person who expounds or follows the teachings of the Bible in an aggressively evangelical way. If you didn't want to hear about God and his teachings then you had better turn tail and run, but if you were like minded in the Lord then you found yourself a kindled spirit with brother, Larry.
2 Timothy 2:10-13 in the King James Bible teaches us, "10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
Brother, Larry struggled in the flesh constantly, but had a sincere desire to serve God and teach from the King James Version of the bible to the adult Sundayschool regardless of how bad he hurt. Brother, Larry endured to the very end of this fleshly life and left us with his words, "whether I live or die, praise God, I'm a winner either way".
