Savannah Clark

Members gone home:

Sister, Clark as her church family and friends called her tended to be on the quite side, but her presence spoke loudly.
It's not often in these current times that we still see true Respect for our elders, but Sister, Clark at 100 years old was respected by everyone that new her.
True Respect is not just seen when someone humbles theirself in the presence of someone older, but honoring that elder with their words, even when that elder is not in front of them.
Sister, Clark is blessed with family and friends that still show Respect unto her for the devotion and comittment she made to God from a very young age until her last earthly breath at over 100 years old.

In the King James Version (KJV) bible, God's word tells us in Matthew 15:4 "For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.", but few have seen their parents or even friends achieve Honor(Honour) at 100 years of age as did Sister, Clark.

Honor or Honour means =
1-high respect; great esteem
2-adherence to what is right
3-something regarded as a rare opportunity and bringing pride and pleasure; a privilege

Psalms 71
17 O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.
18 Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
19 Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
20 Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.

It is Mill Baptist Church's Honor that Savannah Clark is our sister in the Lord, forever.
